On March 30, TLM completed their final separation from Stanley Black & Decker, and the team celebrated full integration with Spectrum Brands HHI with a party for TLM associates on April 1.

On March 30, TLM completed their final separation from Stanley Black & Decker, and the team celebrated full integration with Spectrum Brands HHI with a party for TLM associates on April 1.
This is an exciting milestone in TLM and was the last in an incredibly impressive list of accomplishments that include:
- Building a new factory and tool room in Chia-Yi from the “ground” up
- Moving 200+ machines and 500+ tools into the new facility
- Purchasing and installing 78 pieces of equipment
- Hiring 1,400 associates
- Beating the capital expenditure plan by 25%
- Executing an extremely complex transition plan while growing sales 45% during the course of the project
- Improving Subic Bay’s safety and social accountability
